Provide Docker images for Core, Console and Enduser, to be published to 
DockerHub under {{apache/}}.

Configuration options (as DBMS, JDBC parameters, etc) shall be configurable via 
environment variables.

Provide one or more sample {{docker-compose.yml}} files that puts together all 
images.


 Add documentation about this new way to install syncope in real environment 
through Docker.

definition and system properties used to configure core, console and enduser 
docker containers.

Parametrize (if possible) the choice of the docker image for containers
