Syncope's internal storage is [bootstrapped from an XML
file|http://syncope.apache.org/docs/2.1/reference-guide.html#deal-with-internal-storage-export-import]
named after the actual Domain being used, e.g. {{MasterContent.xml}}.
It is useful, from within this file, to reference variables defined elsewhere,
as in Spring's Environment.
