Instead of introducing a new correlation rule, the existing
[PushCorrelationRule|https://github.com/apache/syncope/blob/master/core/persistence-api/src/main/java/org/apache/syncope/core/persistence/api/dao/PushCorrelationRule.java]
can be used.
