Description:
This issue can be reproduced by:
1. Start a fresh docker-compose with
[https://github.com/apache/syncope/blob/2_1_X/docker/src/main/resources/docker-compose/docker-compose-pgjsonb.yml]
2. Create a unique plain schema for users or groups
3. Create a user (or a group) and set value with a single quote, e.g
*syncope's* *group*
