[Virtual Attribute
Cache|http://syncope.apache.org/docs/2.1/reference-guide.html#virtual-attribute-cache]
is currently based on housemade implementations.
We should base it on the widespread adopted [Spring
Cache|https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/docs/current/reference/html/integration.html#cache]
and provide sensible (default) implementations (as [Caffeine
Cache|https://github.com/ben-manes/caffeine]), also allowing for pluggable
extensions.
