Under certain circumstances a well-defined {{ConnInstance}} might not load
correctly because the related ConnId initialization is failing; typically, when
a connector bundle is upgraded.
In such cases, the Topology page in the Console shows full-page stacktrace for
{{NullPointerException}}.
