When propagating linked accounts, if the status is set, through isSuspended
field, a *not* inverted value is propagated.
For example if isSuspended is set to *Boolean.FALSE*, the __ENABLE__ attribute
in propagation attributes is set to *false* as well, it should be *true* and
viceversa.
