We can add a {{docker}} profile to Maven archetype so that:
* local {{core}}, {{console}}, {{enduser}}, {{sra}} and {{wa}} are built as
extensions or configurations of official Docker images published at
https://hub.docker.com
* {{fit}} provides a sample deployment based on the items above
