As [discussed in mailing
list|https://lists.apache.org/thread/0wddm06s7ov48n86rhg6xp5ql3cdbo7d], we are
moving the current {{master}} branch to require JDK 17 and to upgrade the main
dependencies accordingly:
* Spring Boot 3.0
* CXF 4.0
* CAS 7.0
* Wicket 10.0
Globally, these dependencies will also mark the final move from {{javax.*}} to
{{jakarta.*}} namespace.
