Fix For: 4.0.0
[Quartz|http://www.quartz-scheduler.org/] has been the pillar of task
scheduling since the early deays.
However, the project seems to be less maintained year over year, see [this
issue|https://github.com/quartz-scheduler/quartz/issues/681] and seeral others
related, hence it makes sense to plan switch away from it.
