Update the JVM debug configuration to replace the deprecated {{-Xdebug}} /
{{-Xrunjdwp}} options with the {{-agentlib:jdwp}} syntax required by newer Java
versions.
This change ensures compatibility with Java 22 and later versions while
preserving the existing JDWP configuration and debugging behavior.
