Apache Infra team offers `.asf.yml` file to control the GitHub settings such as 1. Repository metadata (description, labels) 2. Disallow merge commits 3. Choose notification channels for commits, discussions etc. 4. and a staging for the website before publishing the release version. Who is using it? This is already in use by Spark[3], Airflow[4].
