We can also consider, "Apache SystemDS - A open-source/declarative ML
system for the end-to-end
data science life cycle" since the word "life cycle" seems redundant.

Still, I am ok with "Apache SystemDS - A open-source ML system for the
end-to-end
data science life cycle".
