Apache SystemML entered incubation in November 2015 and during this period it has accomplished 6 official Apache Releases, voted 4 new committers/PPMC members and has welcomed a new mentor among many other things.
After all this hard work by the community and mentors, I am pleased to announce that the ASF Board has established Apache SystemML as a Top Level Apache project.
