These issues can/should be documented under "known issues" in release note.

SYSTEMML-1076, SYSTEMML-1077 issues are related to experimental feature
DeepLearning/GPU being added to SystemML 0.11. These issues are specific to
condition articulated in Jira's.We should have Jira opened and fixed before we
can support DeepLearning/GPU fully.For now these should not be "Blocking" for
SystemML 0.11 release.
