Hi folks, I'm going to discuss the migration of code base to Java 8 with skipping Java 7. Java 8 has many great features and improved performance. Also, Java 7 will reach April 2015 and Java 9 will be release in the next year. Java 8 is not early adopting anymore. In addition, as far as I know, Java 8 has already been used in many productions and also will be adopted in production soon in many companies.
If possible, we can move 0.11 to Java 8 only or the next release after 0.11. How do you think about that? Best regards, Hyunsik
