[FYI] Breaking change about CatalogStore between Tajo 0.11.0 RC 0 - 2

Hi guys,

We disabled newly added 'ALTER TABLE ADD PARTITION' support in 0.11.0
release due to some critical bug. For this step, we changed the
catalog schema. So, it may cause the breaking change. As a result, you
need to backup and restore the catalog.
