[DISCUSSION] Tajo 0.11.1 release

Hi folks,

Now is the right time to release 0.11.1. I'm checking missed commits
of master branch, which need to be committed to 0.11.1 too.

I found that TAJO-1921 and TAJO-1940 should be committed to 0.11.1.
Any other committs to be committed to 0.11.1 too?
