[FYI] Breaking change in catalog in master branch.

Hi guys,

We changed the schema of catalog store by TAJO-2129. So, it is the
breaking change.
As a result, you need to backup and restore the catalog as
https://tajo.apache.org/docs/current/backup_and_restore/catalog.html.
