Hi folks,

IEEE ICDE has finished. Jihoon and I demonstrated the performance of Tajo's
query processing and gave attendees an overview of its architecture and
internal. Many researchers and professors gave us great comments. Some
people already knew that Tajo entered Apache incubator or others surprised
our from-the-scratch implementation. Especially, we were happy to introduce
Tajo to members of Stratosphere and Scope, and we met a member of MonetDB.
Aside from our demonstration, I was very impressed from some inspirational
keynotes and presentations about database techniques that utilize the
features of modern hardwares. That was a very cool time.

Thanks,
Hyunsik
