Thank you for your review. To get a progress, TajoCli internally uses
TajoClient's getQueryStatus method. If you checked TajoCli, you don't need to
check TajoClient's getQueryStatus method.
I tried to implement its unit test. However, it was somewhat cumbersome because
the response time for a test query is too short to verify the progress. So, I
omitted an unit test for this patch.
