Fix For: 0.2-incubating
gh-pages branch was for github site. branch-0.1.8 and 0.1.7 are unnecessary
branches only used before Apache incubation. So, we should eliminate them from
git repository. This task cannot performed by some kind of patches. If someone
gives at least +1, I'll remove them.
