I've attached the patch. This patch adds regexp_replace function and its unit
tests. In addition, this patch does follows:
* Some classes function evaluation are moved from catalog package to core
package.
* Add init(ParamType []) method to Function.
* This function gives parameter hints to function instances. As a result,
functions could determine reuse of some parameters.
* Rename FuncCallEval to FunctionEval
* Rename AggFuncCallEval to AggregationFunctionEval
