Please try to open web browser and connect your hostname with 26080 port.
Aside from your question, Jira is mostly used for tracking development issues.
Please use dev mailing list (http://tajo.incubator.apache.org/mail-lists.html)
for asking user issues. In order to subscribe the dev mailing list, just send
an empty email to [email protected]. Then, you will
receive the kind information about how to use the mailing list.
