Description: If user write partitioned column at where clause, Tajo must
make a plan to scan a partition directory path. So, LogicalPlanner needs to
improve for partitioned table. (was: If Tajo support to store in
column-partitioned table, StorageManager needs to update because tables have
sub directories.)
