Summary: Documenting migration guide from Hive to Tajo

As Tajo supports ANSI SQL, every user can use Tajo through the way defined in
standard.
However,for non-SQL parts, we need to provide information how Tajo is different
from other SQL-on-Hadoop solutions.
This issue mainly focuses on Hive users who want to migrate to Tajo.
Document may include followings:
- how to specify the format of a table
- how to specify the compression spec of the table
- for non-standard functions, mapping table between those of Hive and Tajo
