On the developer mailinglist we decided to perform all build related checks
(RAT, FindBugs, ...) during every Maven build.
Furthermore we decided to have a profile for fast builds where all checks will
be disabled. This will save a lot of time and carbon dioxide. The latter will
help to save the environment.
