The rules in {{serviceloader-rules.xml}} exclude the class
{{DefaultConfigurationContextBuilder}} from the classes which should be
reported as not properly configured service providers.
After solving TAMAYA-77 please adapt the rules according to the result of
TAMAYA-77.
