I think I see the issue.
the reflow-skin.css file has this style (right at the top):
h1[id]:before,
h2[id]:before,
h3[id]:before,
h4[id]:before,
h5[id]:before,
h6[id]:before,
a[name]:before {
display:block;
content:"";
height:90px;
margin:-90px 0 0;
}
Taking out display:block fixes it and those links are clickable. No
visual
difference that I could see either.
