Reset Maven Site Plugin to 3.4.1

Hi Anatole,

The latest version of the Maven Site Plugin is not compatible with the 
used Doxia version. I expect here also some other issues I don't wan't 
to solve before the homepage is online. So I decided to set the used 
version back to 3.4.1.
