Guys, Starting a new thread. "Fundamental Goals..." also unfortunately was far too broad like "The answer to life and everything".
Most of you are even in the EG of JSR 365 (CDI 2) and know this http://cdi-spec.org/news/2014/10/06/CDI-20_working_method/ I'm not even suggesting that CDI may be the best of all JSRs, but it's been a success story long before e.g. Antoine took it over and the code of conduct and way of doing things there look like a good example for other projects like Tamaya. Trying to define somewhat similar "stories" like CDI does: - Parts (Modularity, IMHO that's practically ALL really talked about in the "goals" thread, but it's just one "goal" of CDI 2 as well, so should be for Tamaya) - SPI enhancement for integration - ... The others may be too CDI specific, unless of course some "Context" was also found to matter in Tamaya's case. I suggest JIRA, but having either a Wiki page (does anybody use it??) or even threads around concrete tasks, not "The answer to Life and everything" should help to focus on particular goals rather than chasing just "Goal 42" for centuries;-) Cheers, Werner
