I am not so used to Jenkins... I would like to have one build job per
module. So it would be easier to distinguish between building and
failing modules. IMHO...

What's the difference between failing individual builds and failing
multimodule build.
A multimodule would provide an easy way to take part in the continous
integration ... otherwise you would have to setup a buildjob and prepare
a valid pom.
