I'm with Anatole to close the issues once the release is properly forged. If I'm not too mistaken its only 7 tickets: https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20TAMAYA%20%20and%20fixVersion%20%3D%200.3-incubating%20and%20status%20not%20in%20(Resolved%2C%20Closed) most of which assigned to you.
