Thanks Oliver. Looks better now ;-)

<https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/tamaya/0.3-incubating/>
looks good now, I checked:*

   - the signatures (asc).
   - the md5 sums
   - the sha1 sums
   - opened zip / tar.gz archives and checked the contents

IMO* sha1, md5, asc* is sufficient (we dont need *sha256, sha512*
additionally), at least we didnt provided it in earlier releases...* if
this is true I would remove the unneeded sha256, sha512 files.*

*Looking at Nexus I see multiple staging repos [1]:*

   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1026/
   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1027/
   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1028/

*I would drop all unnexessary repos and ensure the right one is "closed" (I
assume 1028), so all release rules are executed.* After successful
incubator vote we only have to "release" it then and in about 15-30 minutes
things are synched.

*Given that I suggest starting a new vote with all the things updated and
with correct links, so PPMS members/incubator look at the correct
artifacts.*
