No, the job is just supposed to make sure that the site remains ok to be baked with jBake. A website publish is triggered manually (as long as we have to add the Javadocs manually I don't see a different way). I'm in favour of checking in needed binaries in order to stay independendant of upstream libraries, therefore I've committed the version that is currently working to generate the pages within the repo.
