outdated project page - Incubator Tamaya

Hi,

I stumbled upon
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/tamaya.html
....
which seems rather outdated.

Who is able to change the contents of that page or has that just been
the starting page of Tamaya and it's not updated along the way?
