While writing tests I stumbled upon BasePropertySource. Each copy of it
has an explicit ordinal and an explicit default ordinal. I don't see the
need to have both. I think it would be enough the have only the ordinal.
In every use case I can imagine it would be enough to set only ordinal.
Why not get rid of the default ordinal? Ordinal itself could be
initialised with an default value an we would have the same result.
