this issue is really strange - I can reconfirm tests go through in IDE and Maven/console on Mac. Even if I clean my Maven-repository to download SNAPSHOTs from Apache the tests fail constantly on Ubuntu/Maven console. @Anatole: can you reconfirm it works on Windows in console/with Maven?
