Hi all

I think building up a wider community is the uppermost objective for our
project, despite the small changes proposed and fixes. This actually does
not happen automatically. As a consequence I think we will focus on the
existing functionality mainly and try to bring out project's benefits to
the focus.

Summarizing the following actions should happen:

   - We should actively get in contact with people within Apache and
outside that were already involved or had written a config system and
invite them to work with us.
   - We should check if other projects can benefit from our library and
offer them advice to do so. One of them, where it definitively would make
sense, is Tomcat (I also started talking with a few people already), but
also Pulsar and many others could be interesting and more...
   - We should check our web site:
      - we need a logo, before we had one, no we have nothing
      - for a Getting started tutorial
      - for a onboarding guide for new people: how to get into the project,
how to become a committer etc.
      - for introductionary documentation, maybe also videos, especially
the core concepts (I can do that)

Furthermore we really must get in touch with all people that helped us with
the project as of now. I was quite offline because of holidays, sorry for
that. I propose, we do a *Hangout *to get to know each other better and
possibly see who can do what. *So can every body send me the preferred
times/timezone, so I can try to setup a hangout or Doodle?* Would be great!

Have a nice day, Anatole
