That `buildconfigurations` artifact contains the checkstyle configuration that this repository relies on. Would it make sense to change this around and [start publishing](https://github.com/apache/incubator-tamaya/blob/master/buildconfigurations/pom.xml#L37-L42) these build-related artifacts, or would it be better to copy the configuration to the `-extensions` and `-snapshot` repositories?
