Yeah, I was just thinking about that today actually. What would be the best
method for collaborating on this, a wiki page of slowly incrementing
changes?

So far I haven't needed to change very much at all, one or two minor changes
to the script dtd and now what looks like a couple more to the jwc/page
related classes. (For handling things like the new EventListener annotation,
scripting to handle some of the new cycles on the client side..etc..)
