Table component in a Form does not use Javascript for column header links

Environment: java 1.5 on linux, using jpackage rpms for depndencies

If I use the contrib:Table component in a Form component, the auto-generated
page links (eg << 1 2 3 >>) appropriately use javascript, thus submitting the
form upon clicking the links. However, the headers for the columns do not
correspondingly use javascript to submit the form.
contrib:FormTable does seem to do the right thing. (ie, both the page links and
column headers use javascript).
