Dojo has annoying freezes on initialization.
Tapestry load dojo.js in every page, which using @Shell component.
(and if I disable debug and not use any components)
Why not using prototype (and f.e. openrico) which not affected by this
performance hit.
Really, dojo is slowest framework... Please, split up dojo from core if
possible.
