Jesse Kuhnert resolved TAPESTRY-981.
------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Assignee: Jesse Kuhnert
I happen to think that forms getting focus by default makes a lot of sense from
a usability perspective, but then again I'm wrong all the time. ;) If more
people vote on this or provide a more compelling argument I could possibly
change my mind.
> in @Form make focus=false by default

> In the @Form component, since tapestry 4 there is a new parameter focus. This
> field is on by default and with a page with several form, one form (not sure
> if it is the latest or the first) gets the focus by default. This has been
> causing lot of weirdness: for instance, that focus method gave the focus by
> default to a propertyselection and that is bad with ie, the mousewheel
> controls then the drop down box instead of the scrolling when you arrive on
> the page.
> And IMO it doesn't make sense that by default a form gets the focus.
