Javassist 3.1 in Maven repos

It seems that the only maven2 repository that i can find that has this 
dependency is http://howardlewisship.com/repository. I can't find it in 
ibiblio or any other "official" maven2 repository.

Here 
(http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/javassist/javassist/) it 
stops at 3.0.
Here (http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/jboss/javassist/) it 
jumps from 3.0 to 3.3.ga.

Any ideas why this is ? Nothing against Howards repository, but it's 
just that in TapIDEA this forces me to configure this additional 
repository for dependencies download.
