I'd be happy to fix this, but I don't have a licensed copy of pages. I might
be able to "back out" an editable document from the pdf, but that doesn't seem
like the best of ideas. Howard, can you make a version of the tutorial source
available in, eg, .doc or .odt(<-- preferrably... ;) format?
