Yes I agree. I know my addition of Ben was a little out of the ordinary but I feel like it is a good choice. The same way I know within 5 minutes of an interview after spending 6 months at a time to find a single developer worth having around that I've run into someone who is smart / passionate about their work. Maybe I'm wrong but thus far in my career I haven't been about this particular part of reading people. (though every other part of them is still a mystery ;) )
