Maven grabs an old OGNL version

It is still not possible to get the latest OGNL snapshot version for Tapestry
4.1.2-SNAPSHOT. After cleaning my local repository maven still grabs the OGNL
version ognl-2.7-20070425.021856-29. It is the last version which was
distributed from Howard's repository.
