Links from list of components to the respective sections does not work

The component links in the top of the page references an anchor using
"#"+className.toLowerCase()
But the anchor generated in each section title does not convert the name to
lower case before creating the link destination.
As I looked into this to minimize scrolling I also added a [Top] link in the
bottom of each component section.
