Addition and display of page messages analogous to Errors

Fix For: 5.0.6
It would be great if messages could be added for a specific page that would be
flash persisted. Then a Messages component (or perhaps Notifications so it
doesn't conflict in name with the messages store) could display the messages.
Could also support icons of some sort. It may be worth considering having
Errors display these messages although that might be too tighly coupled.
